UPDATE 12/13/19: Tenant-occupied rental properties will be removed from the shutoff list until further notice. Rentals will be handled with a separate process at a later time while we continue to try to make contact with landlords who have still not responded. Regardless, we continue to urge tenants with access to their meter to contact GridOne at (866) 733-8303 or info@gridonesolutions.com to make an appointment.

 


 

We are nearing the end of our water meter upgrade project! Over 90% of properties have complied and had their meters upgraded. The remaining properties, available below in both map and list form, have still not responded to several letters and door hangers. This upgrade is free, but MANDATORY. Certified letters are being sent to properties that have not yet responded. If an appointment is not scheduled within 10 days of the date on the letter, the property will have their water shut off.
