All trees are the responsibility of the property owner, including, but not limited to, street trees that are in the public right of way. If a tree becomes hazardous then it is the property owner’s responsibility to resolve the hazard in a timely manner. The City is responsible for enforcing the Tree Ordinance and for maintaining trees on City-owned property.
