The City of Lancaster uses Red Rose Alerts to send important information and emergency alerts to residents, businesses, and utility customers. This system enables us to provide you with critical information quickly in a variety of situations, such as utility issues, service cancellations, severe weather, unexpected road closures, and evacuations of buildings or neighborhoods.
Once you opt-in, you will receive time-sensitive messages wherever you specify, such as your home, mobile or business phones, email address, text messages and more. You decide where and how you receive messages.
You can receive alerts through the following methods:

- Wireless Emergency Alerts
