As part of our continued commitment to improving Downtown, the City retained Hunter Interests, Inc. to develop a plan for the revitalization of the second block of North Queen Street. The result of
this work is the Lancaster Square Master Plan.

 

      The Plan is in Portable Document Format (PDF). Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to view PDF documents. It is available to download for free from www.adobe.com.

     The Plan is a large document (4,607 KB).  Download time will vary depending on your internet connection speed and your system speed. For best results, Right Click on the link below and choose Open In New Window. Internet Explorer seems to work the best.
