The Housing & Neighborhood Revitalization Unit provides all administrative support for the Property Reinvestment Board in the process of eliminating  City properties that are vacant, blighted and/or unfit for human habitation. The process may lead to the acquisition of these properties by the City of Lancaster’s Redevelopment Authority.
