PUC Water Rate Increase Filing Information
The City of Lancaster submitted its water rate increase filing with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission on August 27, 2010. The Public Utility Commission approved a water rate increase pursuant to its Order dated July 14, 2011. The rates approved by the Commission are included in Supplement No. 41 to Tariff Water – Pa P.U.C. No. 6 (see document link above). These new rates are effective July 21, 2011.
