Collection Information
City offices will be closed on May 28,2012 for Memorial Day. There will be no trash service that day either, all trash will be 1 day behind for the week. For problems or inquiries, please call our Solid Waste Hotline at 291-4744 and leave a message. Your call will be returned on our next business day.
When to set out
Trash and recycling shall be set out after 6:00 p.m. the night before collection and removed by 8:00 p.m. the day of collection. Trash and recycling receptacles shall be stored to the side or rear of the property and not in front of the property. No recycling or trash collection is scheduled for the following holidays:
• New Year’s Day
• Labor Day
• Memorial Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Independence Day
• Christmas Day
When one of these holidays occur on a weekday, collection will be one day later than the regularly scheduled day.
