Zoning Hearing Board

The Zoning Hearing Board acts on exceptions and variances relating to the Zoning Ordinance. The Board also hears and decides appeals from decisions of the City’s zoning officer. The Board meetings are the third Monday of each month (except Holidays) at 4 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at the Southern Market., 100 South Queen Street. Note: Meeting will be moved to the fourth Monday if the scheduled day falls on a National Holiday.  (i.e. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Labor Day, etc.)
