All commercial renovation projects require a minimum or three sets of floor plans that are to scale or dimensioned, along with a detailed scope of work.  Existing equipment, layout, appliances, etc...must clearly be indicated as well as new equipment to be installed.  Electrical circuits/equipment, plumbing and gas lines must be sized with locations and dimensions noted on the plans.  Accessibility, accessibility signage, egress paths and occupant loads must be adequately addressed.
