Lancaster’s draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) describes the performance of City activities funded in 2010 under the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program during the 2010 Program Year (January 1 to December 31, 2010).

A copy of the 2010 CAPER is available on the City’s website, and at City Hall, 120 N. Duke Street, Lancaster, PA 17602.

The City will accept citizen comments regarding the CAPER for 30 days (February 17 to March 17, 2011).  Persons interested in commenting on the proposed plan should write to the Department of Economic Development and Neighborhood Revitalization, Municipal Building, 120 North Duke Street, PO Box 1599, Lancaster, PA  17608-1599.  For additional information regarding the plan, call the Department at (717) 291-4743 (voice) or (717) 291-4761 (TDD) Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
