The new City Hall Annex is complete, and City Hall staff will relocate there during Thanksgiving week. While there will be no suspension of services during this time, customers should be advised to expect some inconveniences.
Please be aware of the following information:
On Friday, November 22nd at 3 PM, access to the network server for City Hall and Treasury office users will be suspended. This will impact all email, internet, and all billing and payment functions. Customers wishing to make payments on City accounts are advised to do so before 3 PM on November 22nd.
Phone service to City Hall will be terminated at 5 PM on November 22nd. It should be back up and running by Monday, November 25th, however, staff will be expected to assist with moving and unpacking their offices and may be tied up at the beginning of the week.
Visitors to City Hall should continue to use the Duke Street entrance through Thanksgiving week. Beginning Monday, December 2nd, visitors will enter City Hall from Marion Street.
